Parts of the Speach

  1. Noun: Is an object, person, place, animal, situation or idea.
  2. Verb: Actions and states, could be regulars or irregulars.
  3. Adjective: Something added to the noun to identify or distinguish it; or give it quality.
  4. Adverbs: Something added to the verb to qualify the action; also can be added to the adjective or to another adverb.
  5. Articles:Definite (the), indefinite(a/an)
  6. Conjunctions: Also called connectors, are words than can put together two words or ideas.
  7. Prepositions: Usually comes before a noun or pronoun to shown time, place or direction.
  8. Interjections: Express feelings and emotions.
  9. Pronouns: Something written instead a noun, to make sentences less repetitive.
